If Young Metro doesn’t trust you, he might not sign you. Metro Boomin has the ability to do just that now, with his new label Boominati Worldwide.

The heralded producer announced the imprint through a partnership with Republic Records and Universal Music Group. The first release from the deal is “No Complaints,” his Drake and Offset-assisted debut single, which dropped last week.

The St. Louis-born and Atlanta-based beatsmith shared his excitement about the new venture. “Launching Boominati Worldwide is the next step in my career as a producer, an artist, and a businessman,” he said. “I created the label to represent a collective of highly-gifted individuals who have the shared gift of being able to influence the world through culture and art.”

Monte Lipman, Republic Records Co-Founder and CEO, also celebrated the news. “Metro Boomin is a franchise player who’s captured the imagination of the music community in a very short period of time,” he explained. “His amazing talent, competitive spirit, and natural charisma will serve as the cornerstone of success for Boominati Worldwide.”

Metro’s next move will be on the road, as part of Bryson Tiller’s forthcoming “Set It Off Tour,” which kicks off in August.
