Watch KYLE, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, & Aminé's XXL Freshman Cypher

  /  07.10.2017

A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, KYLE, and Aminé kick off the XXL Freshman cyphers with a bang. Over beats spun by Sonny Digital, the trio delivered freeform rhymes about any and everything, starting with SuperDuperKyle’s “iSpy” boasts.

“Don’t got no gold but my record is platinum,” he raps. “So picture perfect, I don’t need a caption / Don’t give a fuck how long you’ve been rappin’ / Got flows so old, I could spit ’em in Latin.”

Boogie joins in on the second verse with a hungry rhyme. “We couldn’t go to Philipe’s,” he recalls. “I had to be on that corner until it was morning, so me and my ni**as could eat / I be the one with the sauce, I never thought it was sweet / I got my foot in the door, they never gave me a key.”

Later, Aminé closes out the cypher with some wedding bars. “Your auntie and uncle, they love me,” he raps. “All your bridesmaids wanna fuck me / Your groom look like a broom and it make me ha-ha-ha / Girl, I could’ve been your Pap and you be my Remy Ma.”

Check out a preview of the upcoming cyphers featuring the remaining Freshmen, including Kap G, Kamaiyah, PnB Rock, XXXTentacion, and more, below.
