Video: Davido feat. Rae Sremmurd & Young Thug - 'Pere'

It’s lit! Davido teams up with Young Thug and Rae Sremmurd in the explosive video for his Afrobeat single “Pere.”

Directed by Sesan, the visual was shot inside of a fire-filled warehouse. Surrounded by flames, the 24-year-old Nigerian star is joined by his hitmaking co-stars, Thugger, Slim Jxmmi, and Swae Lee.

Wiz Khalifa’s girlfriend Izabela Guedes also pops up in the video as one of its main features. In the past, Izzy also starred in Mister Cap’s “Pull Up with a Zip” visual and appears on his Pre-Rolleds cover art.

Produced by DJ Mustard, “Pere” stands for “one time” in the Nigerian language of Yoruba and is Davido’s latest high-profile collaboration, following his work with R. Kelly on “If (Remix)” and Olamide on Wale’s “Fine Girl.” Last year, Davido also joined forces with Tinashe on “How Long.”
