Video: Justine Skye feat. Jeremih - 'Back for More'

  /  08.04.2017

Justine Skye is “Back for More” with her Jeremih-assisted single, which gets a romantic visual.

Directed by Grizz Lee, the video takes an intimate look at Justine’s relationship with Rotimi, the R&B singer-turned-actor who also stars in “Power.” Set in Brooklyn, the clip follows the power couple on their blissful journey, until things take a somber turn.

“You don’t miss a good thing until it’s done,” sings Skye. Sure enough, when her relationship with Rotimi comes to an end, she is forced to reminisce with Polaroids and a reflective ride through B.K.

After the bitter breakup, Justine also heads over to the beach with a suitcase full of memories. Then, as the clip comes to an end, she tosses the photographs into the ocean.

“Shooting this video with Rotimi was so much fun. It was basically improv and we just fed off of each other,” said Justine. “We started just days before I was scheduled to start filming my first acting role in ‘Green Dolphin’ so he also gave me great advice and definitely made me feel a bit more comfortable about what to expect for when I started filming the movie.”

“Back for More” is just a sign of things to come. Justine is currently working on her debut album through Roc Nation/Republic.
