Nicki Minaj continues her Billboard Hot 100 dominance with yet another placement on the coveted chart.
Taking to Instagram, the Generous Queen celebrated the news. “YDB just became my 80th Billboard Hot 100 entry,” she wrote. “3 songs on the Hot 100 no album out? *my monster voice*. Swalla up here 20 weeks later? RIU 26 w/no video? (it’s coming in a few more days, no need to send Gotti anymore death threats ♀️). Love you!!!!!”
Earlier this year, Nicki became the woman with the most Hot 100 entries of all time with 76, surpassing the previous record holder, Aretha Franklin. Now, her record stands at 80.
“Man, I tell ya… God said he ain’t done showing off yet. Lol,” she wrote upon earning the crown. “Walked off stage to find out history was made yet again today. #NoFrauds #RegretInYourTears + #ChangedIt charted this week on Billboard & I now hold the title of most Hot 100 entries in the HISTORY of BILLBOARD among women of EVERY genre.”
Up next, Nicki is working on the follow-up to 2014’s The Pinkprint. She recently shot a music video with Quavo and hit the studio with WizKid.
