Fresh off the release of Paranoia: A True Story, Dave East shares “My Dirty Little Secret” in his latest video.
Directed by Fred Focus, the visual offers a cinematic representation of Dave’s storytelling track. In it, the Mass Appeal/Def Jam MC meets and romances a waitress even though her father objects to their relationship.
“Don’t nobody know we speakin’,” raps the New York spitter. “Thinkin’ ’bout if I should keep it / You could be my little secret / Don’t nobody gotta know.”
Keeping their activities as this “Dirty Little Secret,” Dave enjoys massages from his new companion. But before they can take their relationship to new heights, her father finds a way to stop all the fun by interfering and taking her away.
“My Dirty Little Secret” is the latest single off Paranoia: A True Story, which features Chris Brown (“Perfect”), Jeezy (“Paranoia”), Wiz Khalifa (“Phone Jumping”), French Montana (“Maneuver”), and Nas (“They Hated”).
