Watch Drake Give a Tour of His New Toronto Crib

Drizzy’s home. After ending a record-breaking 430-week run on the Billboard Hot 100, Drake is ready to record new music in his temporary Toronto digs.

On Monday (Aug. 21), the 6 God gave fans a tour of his provisional pad and music lab, where he is said to be crafting new material. “Sometimes, when you’re on the road, you just forget the importance of having a home,” he said in the video. “I just came home to a new temporary spot until my house is built but it’s still my home for now and I’m very inspired, very excited.”

Walking through a mostly-bare studio with Peanuts and Michael Jackson-inspired artwork, Drizzy showcased a neon sign that reads “Less Drake, More Tupac.” “This just has me ready to work,” he said. “Look at this studio. No furniture yet but you see where we’re going with it.”

The crib has a great view of the CN Tower, which has become a symbol for Drake after appearing in his Views artwork and as the backdrop for this year’s OVO Fest. “Sometimes, we all need peace of mind,” he added. “We all work hard and it’s nice to finally find that.”

Drake is currently working on his next solo album in the 6. Plus, he has also teased joint projects with The Weeknd and Gucci Mane within the past year.
