Grindin All My Life

New Music: Nipsey Hussle - 'Grindin All My Life'

  /  09.12.2017

Nipsey Hussle isn’t letting his recent legal troubles stop him. Instead, the Crenshaw spitter is releasing “Grindin All My Life,” a loose track about his lifelong hustle.

Over a thumping instrumental, Neighborhood Nip delivers street-based rhymes about his squabbles and triumphs. “Been grindin’ all my life,” he raps. “Sacrificed, hustled, paid the price / Want a slice, got to roll the dice / That’s why, all my life, been grindin’ all my life.”

Recently, Nipsey also called on radio stations to continue supporting “FDT,” YG’s anti-Trump anthem, which he is featured on.

“All you motherfuckin’ radio station, y’all ni**as is hoes,” he said on Instagram. “Y’all scared to play ‘Fuck Donald Trump.’ I remember getting the call that Clear Channel banned it. Y’all ni**as is supposed to stand up. Fuck this ni**a. Play that record. Make that motherfucker the anthem.”

Nip is currently working on his debut album, Victory Lap, which is expected within the next year. Back in April, he said that the project was done.
