Eminem Launches 'REVIVAL' Album Campaign with Mysterious Drug Ads

Are you ready for Eminem’s REVIVAL?

Slim Shady has launched an elaborate campaign for his new album, which is rumored to be titled REVIVAL.

On Saturday (Oct. 21), a mysterious ad for a prescription drug called REVIVAL ran during “Saturday Night Live.” It featured Em references to “Lose Yourself” and led fans to a website, AskAboutRevival.com, filled wth more easter eggs.

The site claims that the drug treats Atrox Rithimus, but closer inspection reveals more Marshall Mathers references to songs like “Brain Damage” and “I Need a Doctor.”

REVIVAL is said to be manufactured by Popsomp Industries. Back in 2009, Em launched a similar campaign for Relapse, promoting a fictional rehab center, Popsomp Hills.

To add fuel to this fire, Eminem’s longtime manager Paul Rosenberg also Instagrammed a photo of Yelawolf’s new album, Trial By Fire, from his office. The CD was strategically placed below a huge REVIVAL ad, which was reportedly purchased by Interscope Records this week.

REVIVAL, Eminem’s first full-length solo album since 2013’s The Marshall Mathers LP 2, is rumored to arrive on Nov. 17.
