Viva Las Vegas! Machine Gun Kelly takes over Sin City in the video for bloom’s new boastful single, “Golden God.”
Crowning himself the David Bowie of his generation, Gunna rhymes about his upbringing and his rise from Chipotle employee to running his own business over a head-knocking instrumental.
“Came from public education,” he raps. “Ramen noodles with the bacon / I was working at Chipotle, I was finna have a baby / Went from stealing out of Walmart to president of operations.”
Directed by Jordan Wozy, the visual is a celebration of that ascent, featuring lively performances, where models shoot water at die-hard fans. It also includes a plentiful room service spread and more pool party shenanigans where beautiful women twerk and dance in barely-there bikinis.
According to MGK, “Golden God” was released as a gift to fans. “in honor of the bloom album going GOLD here’s a video for the fan favorite GOLDEN GOD,” he wrote via Instagram.
