Jhené Aiko Performs 'While We're Young' on 'Late Night'

Jhené Aiko lit up “Late Night” with a rendition of “While We’re Young” on Monday (Nov. 6).

Taking the 30 Rock stage in a shimmering purple dress, a glowing Jhené sang her Trip standout in front of a harpist, keyboardist, and digital drum player.

Surrounded by shining lights, Aiko delivered her love anthem. “I’m tellin’ everybody you’re mine and I like it,” she sang. “And I really hope you don’t mind, I can’t fight it / No, I cannot hide it ’cause I am so excited.”

It’s a glimpse of what fans can expect on Penny’s upcoming “Trip Tour,” which runs from Nov. 14 in Detroit through Dec. 27 in Honolulu. It will be followed by the European leg of the jaunt, which extends from Jan. 31 in Cologne through Feb. 18 in Antwerp.
