GoldLink, Shy Glizzy, & Brent Faiyaz Perform 'Crew' on 'Fallon'

Crew love. With some help from Brent Faiyaz, Shy Glizzy, and The Roots, GoldLink performed a smooth rendition of his hit “Crew” on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on Monday night (Nov. 20).

Rapping into an old school phone, GoldLink delivered his verse amid neon lights. Brent and Shy joined him in the 30 Rock studio, while the legendary Roots Crew backed them up.

“Crew,” which has spawned a remix from Gucci Mane, is a single off GoldLink’s debut At What Cost, which dropped back in March. The album also features Wale, Jazmine Sullivan, Kaytranada, and more.

GoldLink has other reasons to celebrate. Earlier this month, he became a dad. “I’m a new father,” he announced. “I’ve never experienced more joy in my life.”
