New Music: Trippie Redd feat. Swae Lee - 'TR666'

  /  12.26.2017

Following collaborations with Travis Scott and DRAM, Trippie Redd connects with Rae Sremmurd’s Swae Lee.

The rappers-singers have a meeting of the minds on the emo-inspired “TR666,” which allows Trippie to sing about the importance of shooting your shot.

“Until you die, you got to realize,” he sings on the Scott Storch-produced slapper. “If you don’t try, you’ll never know.”

After boasting about his diamonds dancing, Swae adds some lines about romancing. “I think I’m a hopeless romantic,” he sings. “Kim Kardashians and many mansions.”

Redd released the track as a Christmas gift for fans. It follows A Love Letter to You, A Love Letter to You 2, and Angels & Demons with Lil Wop, all of which dropped this year.

Up next, Trippie may just be teaming up with Drake. The two have a rumored collaboration in the works.

Meanwhile, Swae Lee had more than just this collaboration on his mind this Christmas. The “Unforgettable” star also shared a preview of a holiday track on Instagram. “I wrote y’all a Christmas Carol,” he wrote. “enjoy 👼🏽 👼🏽 And merry Christmas 🎁🎄.”

“I didn’t have you under my tree this Christmas, but I had you all over my wish list,” he sang in the clip. “Oh, oh, oh, oh, you’re not under my mistletoe.”
