MadeinTYO & Metro Boomin Announce 'MadeInBoomin' Joint Project
Following collaborative albums with Nav, 21 Savage, Offset, and Big Sean, Metro Boomin joins forces with MadeinTYO for his latest joint project, MadeInBoomin.
The duo has unleashed the title track from the upcoming effort, which features Metro’s thumping production and Tokyo’s signature “skrr skrr” ad-libs.
“These normal bitches say my lifestyle too lavish,” he raps. “It’s Metro, TYO, yuh, I’m going savage / I fell in love with ratchet bitches that’s the shit I like / The type to smoke my blunt and eat up all my fried rice.”
The collaborative project has been in the works for at least two years. In fact, Tokyo — who released True’s World in August — teased the effort back in 2015, according to Billboard.
Metro, who produced T-Y-O’s “Free Throw” in 2015, has released a slew of joint projects this year, including Perfect Timing with Nav, Without Warning with Offset and 21 Savage, and Double or Nothing with Big Sean.
