It’s been a major year for Mike WiLL Made-It. As 2017 comes to a close, the Atlanta super-producer looks back on his biggest bangers with Instrumental Tuesdays, the latest installment in his annual beats playlist.
This year’s edition features a wide range of instrumentals that the hitmaker helmed for hip-hop’s elite, including Kendrick Lamar, Future, Gucci Mane, Young Thug, and, of course, his own artists, Rae Sremmurd.
Instrumental Tuesdays 2017 kicks off with the pulsating beat for Gucci Mane’s “Stunting Ain’t Nuthin” off Mr. Davis. From there, he provides the instrumentals for songs like “Mink Flow” (Future and Young Thug), “On the Come Up” (Mike WiLL and Big Sean), and “Perplexing Pegasus” (Rae Sremmurd).
Also included is one of the biggest records of 2017, Kendrick Lamar’s “HUMBLE.,” which is slightly different from the version fans have already heard. This one does not include the thunderous intro from the original. The beat for “Perfect Pint,” which features K-Dot and Rae Sremmurd, also appears on the project.
