Ariana Grande Teases New Music for 2018

Ariana Grande is teasing new music for her fans’ bunny ears. On New Year’s Eve, the Dangerous Woman revealed a snippet of new material.

The short clip finds Ari’s soothing vocals over acapella harmonies. “Hmm…You can feel it, feel it,” she sings on the track, which appears to be in progress. Grande’s caption, “see you next year,” hints at a new album in 2018.

Last year, the superstar songbird said that she was expecting to finish up her next album following the tragic bombing at her Manchester concert, though admitted that it would be difficult.

“I don’t even want to go home and relax,” she told Billboard. “At the same time, it’s been a lot emotionally. It’s been very challenging for all of us involved. So it would be nice to really hold my loved ones close for a little while, stay home for a little bit. But knowing me, I’m going to be in the studio because I love it, and I want to create. I started an album already a year ago, over a year ago, but I want to keep creating, and it’s not done yet. So I’m going to take my sweet ass time, so I’ll be rested and ready to go again as soon as possible.”

Grande’s next full-length album will be her fourth overall, following 2013’s Yours Truly, 2014’s My Everything, and 2016’s Dangerous Woman.
