While the track is inspired by 112’s classic “Only You,” Dolla and YG keep it Cali-centric in the visual, which finds them rollin’ and bouncin’ through the city of Los Angeles in lowriders. They even post up in front of The Grove and The Original Farmers Market.
After riding through the City of Angels, Dolla and YG stop to have some fun. With red cups in hand, the guys enjoy a dance party at a house full of gorgeous women. Then, it’s back to the streets for more dancing and lowrider hoppin’.
Ty and YG are frequent collaborators. Last year, Dolla told Rap-Up that they may even team up with DJ Mustard for a joint project as a trio. “We get together at 1 a.m. and leave the studio at six and do a couple of joints,” he said. “They’re all fire as fuck but then we just leave them in the computer and then ni**as get tired of them or some shit. We just need a solid week or three days, really. Three days back-to-back, I guarantee you we’ll have a fucking solid album. We just need that time.”
Up next, Dolla $ign is heading out on the road with special guests 24hrs and Marc E. Bassy on select dates. The trek starts Feb. 21 in Santa Ana, Calif. and runs through Apr. 12 in Los Angeles.
