Cardi B's 'Bartier Cardi' Goes Gold

Cardi B has another reason to party.

After wowing fans on the Cosmopolitan cover, Bardi has announced that her 21 Savage-assisted “Bartier Cardi” single has been certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America, surpassing the half million units marker as of Feb. 26.

“Thank you everybody,” she wrote on Instagram. “Music Video coming soon..You know you wanna party with Cardi.”

“Bartier Cardi” peaked at No. 14 on the Billboard Hot 100 and is currently sitting at No. 26 in its ninth week on the chart. It is one of six Hot 100 songs that the “Bodak Yellow” rapper is featured on.

Bardi has other RIAA certifications to her name, as well. Her G-Eazy and A$AP Rocky collaboration “No Limit” went platinum, while “Bodak Yellow (Money Moves)” has earned a 4x platinum plaque.

Up next, Balexa is prepping the release of her debut album, which is slated to arrive at some point this year via Atlantic. She is also slated to shoot a new movie next month and will join Bruno Mars on his “24K Magic World Tour” this fall.
