Childish Gambino Announces North American Tour with Rae Sremmurd

  /  03.05.2018

Childish Gambino is hitting the road with Rae Sremmurd this fall.

Donald Glover has announced dates for a North American tour, which is set to begin Sept. 6 in Atlanta. From there, the 13-date trek is scheduled to continue across Chicago, Toronto, Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Houston, Dallas, Los Angeles, Oakland, and Seattle, before coming to a close Sept. 30 in Vancouver.

Tickets go on sale Friday (March 9) at noon local time, but American Express card holders have access to a pre-sale between March 6 at noon through March 8 at 10 p.m. Additionally, Childish is taking off to New Zealand for a special edition of “PHAROS,” his music festival experience, scheduled to take place Nov. 23-25.

Gambino is currently working on his final album. It is unclear if he plans on retiring from music altogether, or if he is simply discarding his stage name. Glover’s film and television career continues thriving with “Atlanta,” which just kicked off its second season, and a slew of high-profile acting jobs.

Meanwhile, Rae Sremmurd is gearing up to release a triple album, consisting of the duo’s third album and solo projects from each member.
