Amber Rose and 21 Savage Break Up
Amber Rose and 21 Savage are calling it quits. Despite a recent denial, Rose now confirms that she has broken up with the Atlanta rapper, but a reconciliation is not out of the picture.
Speaking with “Big Boy’s Neighborhood” on REAL 92.3, the model-turned-mogul opened up about the breakup.
“I love him, I really love him, and I miss him, I think about him every day,” she said. “I can’t say that I’m single because, in my heart, I still love him. For me to say, I’m single means I want to go out and find something else, like I’m ready to mingle, and I’m not. My heart is still with him, so hopefully, we can work it out. If we can’t, the love is still there. Hopefully, we’ll be able to be friends.”
She went on to call their current status a “rough patch” and said she hoped for a reunion. “It’s just so fresh,” she added. “We’re having a rough patch, I guess you would say. It’s still very fresh. I can never sit up here and say I’m single [because] I don’t feel single. I was just with him, and I still love him.”
Moreover, she said they still talk “a little bit,” and their kids are good friends. “Our kids love each other as well,” she said. “Our sons play together. They’re 19 days apart. My baby asks for his son literally every day.”
Ultimately, Rose explained how fame affected their bond, which almost lasted a year. “To be in a relationship, in general, is very difficult. To be famous and in a relationship, it’s even more difficult,” she said. “You have teams and people and everybody feeding y’all both stuff. You wind up arguing about stuff that you wouldn’t normally argue about as a normal person.”
Rose went on to comment on Blac Chyna’s relationship with YBN Nahmir and her oral sex video. “If you think Blac Chyna don’t know how to suck a dick,” she said, “you got her all the way fucked up…Just look at her. You think she’s incapable of going H.A.M. on the D?”
Elsewhere during the interview, Rose addressed the #MeToo movement, her adult toy line, her relationship with “best friend” Wiz Khalifa, and critics of her son’s Taylor Swift fandom.
