It’s been a big week for Kanye West. After setting off a firestorm of tweets, the 2024 presidential hopeful caps things off with a new song called “Lift Yourself.” But those hoping for the old Kanye will be disappointed. Instead of dropping “bars” like he promised, he delivers some poop-inspired rhymes from the sunken place.
“This next verse though, these bars, watch this!” he warns before rapping “poopity scoop” with “whoopdiddy scoop.”
I'm going to drop a song with a verse that will bring Ebro the closure he's been seeking

Earlier in the day, he teased the song. “I’m going to drop a song with a verse that will bring Ebro the closure he’s been seeking,” he wrote in reference to Hot 97 host Ebro Darden, who has been critical of him.
Kanye made headlines this week for his pro-Trump tweets, which received a co-sign from Trump himself. He is now working on several albums, including his own and a Kid Cudi joint project called Kids See Ghost, both due in June.
