Playboi Carti Drops Surprise Album 'Die Lit'

Playboi Carti is back on the block. With little warning, the Atlanta rapper surprises fans with the release of his debut album Die Lit.

Boasting 19 tracks, the star-studded set boasts collaborations with Nicki Minaj (“Poke It Out”), Bryson Tiller (“Fell in Luv”), Travis Scott (“Love Hurts”), Lil Uzi Vert (“Shoota”), Young Thug (“Choppa Won’t Miss”), and Chief Keef (“Mileage”), plus production from Pi’erre Bourne, Don Cannon, and Indigo Child.

Prior to the album, Carti burned up the charts with his singles “Woke Up Like This,” which hit No. 76, and “Magnolia,” which peaked at No. 29 on the Billboard Hot 100.
