Machine Gun Kelly Announces 'Binge' EP

  /  09.15.2018

In the midst of his ongoing battle with Eminem, Machine Gun Kelly has announced plans for his Binge EP.

The Cleveland rapper revealed the black-and-white artwork on social media, which features a close-up photo of his tongue with the word “Binge” inscribed on it. The project, his first since 2017’s Bloom, drops Sept. 21.

He also responded to Eminem’s latest diss track “Killshot” by posting a photo of the “Dancing With the Stars” judges holding up three sixes on their scorecards.

“2 weeks and 3 interviews later…#legshot #letstalkaboutit,” he wrote, along with the crying laughing face, toilet, and trash can emojis.

“Killshot” follows Kelly’s “Rap Devil” diss, on which he took aim at his former idol. “I’m standing up for not just myself, but my generation,” explained MGK. “I’m doing the same shit you did back in your day. life is still real on my side, and I had to take time from the grind to defend myself from someone I called an idol.”

During his interview with Sway, Eminem revealed why he decided to diss MGK on his Kamikaze cut “Not Alike.”

“The reason I dissed him is actually a lot more petty than that,” he said. “First what he said, ‘I’m the greatest rapper alive since my favorite rapper banned me from Shade 45.’ Like I’m trying to hinder his career. I don’t give a fuck about your career. You think I actually fucking think about you? You know how many fucking rappers that are better than you? You’re not even in the fucking conversation. I don’t care if you blow or if you don’t blow. Doesn’t matter to me.”
