Ariana Grande Teases 'Thank U, Next' Video

  /  11.27.2018

After hitting No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, Ariana Grande is gearing up to release the highly-anticipated video for “Thank U, Next.”

The 50-second teaser, which Grande released on social media, features Mean Girls stars Jonathan Bennett and Stefanie Drummond, singer Troye Sivan, and YouTubers Colleen Ballinger and Gabi DeMartino, who parody the “Who Is Regina George?” scene from the 2004 teen comedy. But instead of gossiping about Rachel McAdams’ character, they spread rumors about Grande.

“I heard she’s a lesbian now and dating some chick called Aubrey,” says Sivan. “It’s fucking sick.”

Grande has been sharing photos from the set, including one of her dressed as mean girl Regina and another one of her holding the iconic Burn Book. The video also references other romantic comedies, including 13 Going on 30, Bring It On, and Legally Blonde.

According to TMZ, the full video is set to debut Friday.
