Ariana Grande is adding some adorable new ink to her body.
The pop star showed her love for the Pokémon franchise by getting a tattoo of her favorite character Eevee. The tat of the fox-like creature was done by L.A.-based tattoo artist Kane Navasard, who dedicated it to “the best Pokémon trainer in the game.”
“I’ve wanted this for so long,” Ariana wrote on Instagram Stories. “thank u sm.”
Ariana’s Pokémon fandom is nothing new. Over the weekend, she tweeted about playing the Nintendo Switch game Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee! for 15 hours during her day off.

She also dressed up as Eevee for Halloween in 2016. At the time, she was dating Mac Miller, who sported a Pikachu costume.
The Eevee tat is Grande’s latest anime-inspired ink. She also has a tattoo of Chihiro, the main character from the animated film Spirited Away, on her forearm.
On Friday (Jan. 18), Grande is set to release her new single “7 Rings,” which she recorded following a champagne-infused visit to Tiffany & Co. with her girlfriends. She shared a teaser for the video on social media.
