Video: A$AP Rocky - 'Kids Turned Out Fine'
Before he wraps his “Injured Generation Tour” tonight, A$AP Rocky debuts the video for his TESTING cut “Kids Turned Out Fine.”
Directed by Dexter Navy, the trippy clip opens with a babushka-wearing Rocky taking acid. There are summertime scenes of kids by the pool and Rocky picnicking in the park with himself. But soon the innocence leaves and things take a dark turn.
“‘Kids Turned Out Fine’ represents the transition from childhood to adulthood to parenthood and all the tough questions that parents have to confront,” Rocky told Vogue.
“Kids Turned Out Fine” follows Rocky’s videos for “Tony Tone,” “Gunz N Butter,” “Fukk Sleep” with FKA twigs, and the Tame Impala-sampled “Sundress.”
Rocky has also shared his support for his “Cocky” collaborator 21 Savage as he faces potential deportation. “I fuck with London boys. I ain’t know he was a Brit though,” he told TMZ.
