Justin Bieber and Ed Sheeran Tease Secret Project

Justin Bieber and Ed Sheeran are up to something.

On Wednesday (April 24), Sheeran’s manager Stuart Camp posted a photo of the British crooner standing in front of a green screen. “This guy! Something is happening,” he captioned the pic.

Sheeran’s pose and green screen backdrop are strikingly similar to a photo of Bieber, shared by his manager Scooter Braun and wife Hailey Bieber about a week earlier. Braun posted the same caption (“This guy! Something is happening”) and tagged Hailey as the photographer.

According to The Blast, the pop superstars are “definitely” working on a new project together, but details about the collaboration are currently unknown.

After two years, Bieber made a surprise return to the stage during Ariana Grande’s set at Coachella on Sunday, where he announced that a new album was “coming soon.” TMZ says that he is in the studio recording the follow-up to 2015’s Purpose, but it’s still about another year from release.

Bieber and Sheeran are no strangers to collaboration. Sheeran co-wrote Bieber’s 2015 hit “Love Yourself.”
