North West Directs 'Old Town Road' Video

North West is following in her father’s footsteps.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian’s 5-year-old daughter stepped in front and behind the camera while directing her own music video to Lil Nas X’s chart-topping hit “Old Town Road” featuring Billy Ray Cyrus.

Her mother shared the minute-long clip, which North directed and choreographed herself. It opens with Kim strumming a guitar before North steals the show, dancing in her Toy Story costume through the halls of her parents’ Hidden Hills mansion.

“What we do on maternity leave…. Directed and Choreographed by North,” said Kim, who also tagged Lil Nas X.

The rapper reposted the clip on Instagram and gave his stamp of approval. “its north’s song now u guys,” wrote Lil Nas X.

North, who welcomed a baby brother last week, will celebrate her sixth birthday next month. She recently met Lil Nas X during Kanye’s Sunday Service.

Meanwhile, “Old Town Road” remains No. 1 for a sixth week on the Billboard Hot 100. The official video co-starring Billy Ray Cyrus is set to premiere Friday.
