Nicki Minaj Supports Rah Ali After She Loses Baby

Nicki Minaj is standing by her friend Rah Ali after the devastating loss of her baby.

The “Love & Hip Hop” star gave birth five months into her pregnancy, according to TMZ. The baby girl was prematurely born Sunday and only survived for a few minutes. Ali was not due until the middle of October.

During the difficult time, Nicki has reportedly been supportive and comforting her close friend to ease her pain.

Ali was at her house Sunday when her water broke and contractions started. She was rushed to the hospital, but doctors were unable to save the baby. The premature birth came as a surprise to Ali. Her previous doctors visits revealed no signs of trouble with her pregnancy.

In the wake of the tragedy, Nicki has been doing as much as she can to support Rah, calling and checking on her to lift her spirits.

The two have maintained a close relationship. In September, Rah allegedly tried to fight Cardi B on behalf of Nicki during the infamous incident at the Harper’s Bazaar Icon party at New York Fashion Week.
