A$AP Rocky Arrested for Street Fight in Sweden

A$AP Rocky was arrested in Sweden for a suspected street fight.

Stockholm police detained the rapper on suspicion of aggravated assault after he and his team allegedly got into a brawl last weekend in downtown Stockholm.

TMZ obtained video of the incident, showing Rocky and his entourage tossing a guy and punching him. The fight allegedly started over claims that A$AP and his team broke a pair of the man’s headphones.

Rocky later posted a nearly three-minute-long video which shows that the man had smashed his own headphones when he threw them at A$AP’s bodyguard’s head. Rocky and his crew tried to diffuse the situation, telling the two men to leave them alone.

“Just for the cameras, we don’t want no problems with these boys. They keep following us,” said Rocky, who tried to play peacemaker.

The fight erupted several minutes later when the men continued to follow and harass A$AP and his crew. A woman also claimed on camera that one of the men groped her and her friend.

The Swedish Prosecution Authority are now deciding whether to formally charge Rocky. If they do, he’s looking at the possibility of up to six years in a Swedish prison.

Three other people were also arrested, two on suspicion of aggravated assault and one for suspicion of assault. It’s unclear what their relationship is to A$AP.
