New Music: Birdman & Juvenile feat. Lil Wayne - 'Ride Dat'

  /  08.29.2019

It’s a Hot Boy Summer.

Birdman and Juvenile reunite with Lil Wayne on their new collaboration “Ride Dat.” The Cash Money Millionaires rekindle their chemistry while repping New Orleans on the bouncy production, while Weezy spits a fiery verse.

This marks Birdman and Wayne’s first collaboration since they settled their lawsuit in June 2018. As part of the deal, Wayne officially cut ties with Cash Money and his long-awaited album Tha Carter V finally saw a release.

But they seem to be on good terms these days. They recently posed for photos together and Cash Money’s Jacquees hinted that he has a collaboration with Weezy on his upcoming album Round 2.

“Ride Dat” follows Birdman and Juvenile’s joint album Just Another Gangsta, which was released in March. Wayne is also readying his new album Funeral, which is done and awaiting release.
