Kanye West Announces New Album 'Jesus Is Born'

It’s about to be a Kanye Christmas.

Just hours before his long-awaited album Jesus Is King arrives, Kanye West has announced his next project, Jesus Is Born.

During his lengthy interview with Zane Lowe on Apple Music’s Beats 1, he revealed that the “Sunday Service” project will arrive on Christmas Day, Dec. 25.

The album will serve as a follow-up to Jesus Is King, which drops at midnight tonight featuring appearances from Clipse, Swizz Beatz, Kenny G, and more. His film of the same name hits IMAX theaters on Friday.

During the interview, which took place at his $14 million ranch in Wyoming, he also discussed Drake and JAY-Z, Virgil Abloh and Louis Vuitton, his pornography addiction, and his religious awakening.

“This is such a win for the kingdom, for Kanye to come back home, going from ‘Jesus Walks’ to ‘I Love It,'” he said. “I had to just give it all up to God.”

His mission is to now spread the gospel through his music. “It’s not a desire. My only mission and calling is to spread the gospel,” he said.

He also revealed that he still has plans to run for president in 2024. “We’re working on some things right now,” said Ye.

And while he’s chosen a spiritual path, his ego is still alive. “I am unquestionably, undoubtedly the greatest human artist of all time. It’s just a fact,” declared Ye.
