Will Smith and Martin Lawrence

Watch a New Trailer for ‘Bad Boys for Life’

The Bad Boys are coming.

With less than three months until Bad Boys for Life hits theaters, Will Smith and Martin Lawrence team up in a new trailer for the third installment in the action-comedy franchise. The latest clip opens with Smith racing a Porsche through the streets of Miami while Lawrence holds on for dear life.

“Even the Batmobile don’t hold the road like this, baby,” says Smith, while his co-star responds, “Tight pants and fast cars don’t make you Batman, Mike.”

The actors reprise their roles as Miami detectives Mike Lowrey and Marcus Burnett. Before he retires, Marcus decides to join his partner for one last action-packed mission, which includes high-speed chases, explosions, and a cameo from DJ Khaled.

The film also stars Vanessa Hudgens, Charles Melton, Alexander Ludwig, and Joe Pantoliano. The soundtrack is set for release on Khaled’s We the Best Records and has already spawned the Black Eyed Peas and J Balvin collaboration “RITMO (Bad Boys for Life).”

The original Bad Boys premiered in 1995 and grossed $141 million worldwide, while the 2003 sequel earned $273 million at the global box office.

Bad Boys for Life hits theaters Jan. 17, 2020. Watch the new trailer below.
