Justin Bieber Returns with New Single 'Yummy'

  /  01.02.2020

Bieber is back.

Over four years since his last album, the global superstar returns with “Yummy,” the first advance track from his long-awaited new album. On the infectious R&B bop, produced by 18-year-old Kid Culture, he gushes over a “bonafide stallion” that makes his eyes roll back and his toes curl.

“Yeah you got that yummy yum / That yummy yum, that yummy yummy,” he sings. “Yeah babe / Any night, any day / Say the word / On my way / Yeah babe.”

A music video is also on the way and will premiere Saturday at noon EST.

“Yummy” arrives ahead of Bieber’s fifth studio album, his first since 2015’s Purpose. “It’s the music that I’ve loved the most out of anything that I’ve done,” said Bieber, who dubbed his new era “R&Bieber.” “I feel like this is different than the previous albums because of where I’m at in my life.”

In anticipation of the album, he has debuted a trailer for Justin Bieber: Seasons, an original 10-part docuseries surrounding the last four years of his life, including his marriage to Hailey Baldwin. The series premieres Jan. 27 at 12 p.m. EST on YouTube.

He will return to the road this spring on his first tour since 2016-2017’s “Purpose World Tour.” The North American arena trek kicks off in Seattle on May 14 before traveling to L.A., Houston, Atlanta, Miami, Detroit, Toronto, and more through September.
