The Weeknd Performs 'Blinding Lights' on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!'

  /  01.23.2020

Just days after debuting the music video, The Weeknd took over “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” on Wednesday night for an ’80s-inspired performance of “Blinding Lights.”

The Uncut Gems star opened his retro set dressed in the same red blazer from the video, with a bloody eye and bandaged nose. The camera zoomed in and turned upside down as he performed against a hazy backdrop with lightning effects before emerging to a standing ovation.

Last month, Abel delivered another captivating performance of the song on “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert,” where he also performed his other single “Heartless.” “Blinding Lights” has earned over 330 million streams since its November release.

Watch The Weeknd take it back with his late-night set.
