Young Thug, Gunna, & Turbo Drop 'Quarantine Clean'

Young Thug, Gunna, and Turbo are keeping it “Clean” in times of quarantine.

The YSL duo teams up on their new collaboration “Quarantine Clean.” Over the Turbo production, Gunna and Thugger bring the chill vibes. “Yeah, I’m quarantine clean so relax / Got my pillows in my Benz, Maybach,” raps Gunna, while Thugger reflects on the impact of the pandemic.

“Why would a disease come around when you get rich?” he asks. “I scale off to the house and I just lock myself in / Seems like that’s the only way ni**as dodging the pen.”

The global crisis has also taken a toll on Thugger’s business. During an interview with Big Boy on Real 92.3, he estimated a loss of nearly $5 million due to canceled gigs. “See, it’s gon’ cost me double, right, cause I ain’t going to be able to do the shows,” he said. “The money that I get for the shows — let’s just say I get $500,000 — if I don’t do these 10 shows, that’s 5 Ms. Then I don’t make five million ’til June, and then I might spend a million, I might spend two million just on this quarantine shit.”

Gunna has been working on his new album Wunna, which has already spawned the single “Skybox.” “I got substance. It’s been too long. And it’s gon’ be worth the wait,” he told TIDAL’s “Check In.”
