Chris Brown and Young Thug Announce 'Slime & B' Mixtape
It’s Slime time.
Chris Brown and Young Thug are readying their joint mixtape, which now has a title. Taking to Instagram on Tuesday morning, Breezy announced Slime & B by revealing its logo.
Fans won’t have to wait too long. He also hinted at a May 5 release date, writing, “5th DAY OF THE 5th MONTH @thuggerthugger1.”
Earlier this month, Chris revealed that he and Young Thug were working on a joint project. “Me and Thugga Thugga @thuggerthugger1 Got a mixtape coming soon,” he said, while Thugger reposted the same message on his Instagram Story.
The project appears to have been recorded during quarantine. Thug was recently spotted playing basketball at Breezy’s house. The two previously collaborated on the Future-assisted “High End” for Chris’ 2017 album Heartbreak on a Full Moon, as well as “Wrist (Remix)” featuring Jeezy and “Dat Night” with Trey Songz.
Meanwhile, they keep churning out music amid the lockdown. Thugger recently teamed up with Gunna on “Quarantine Clean,” while Chris reunited with T-Pain on their latest collaboration “Wake Up Dead” last week.
