Soulja Boy Removes Face Tattoos

Soulja Boy is switching up his swag.

The “Crank That” rapper is looking a lot different these days after removing his signature face tattoos. Taking to his Instagram Story on Friday, Soulja revealed his new tat-free look. He used to have tattoos including the Gucci logo between his eyebrows and a star and the word “Soulja” underneath his left eye, but they are nowhere to be seen.

Not all the tattoos are gone, however, but it appears that he’s in the process of removing the rest. Tattoo removal typically takes multiple sessions and months to complete.

Young Drako has been making some major lifestyle changes since his release from prison in July 2019. He gave up drinking and drugs of any kind including lean and started hitting the gym. The 29-year-old rapper has also cut back on his social media usage.

“Soulja winning thats a big fact,” he captioned a recent photo of himself.

He is now readying his new project, King Soulja 9, for release on July 28 featuring the single “Slide.” Earlier this year, he invested in the soap business with his franchise The Soap Shop, which was breaking sales records at the start of the pandemic.
