Lil Wayne Readies 'Dedication 7' for 2021

The Dedication continues.

Lil Wayne is planning a seventh installment in his Dedication mixtape series. While celebrating Wayne’s 38th birthday on Sunday, DJ Drama announced that Dedication 7 would arrive sometime next year.

“Happy Birthday @liltunechi 🐐 ‼️ D7… 2021,” he captioned a throwback photo of him and Weezy.

Dedication 7 serves as the follow-up to Dedication 6, which was released on Christmas Day 2017. The popular mixtape series, hosted by DJ Drama, was started in April 2005 and features Wayne’s remixes to popular songs.

But first, Tunechi plans to release No Ceilings 3. He is also working on Tha Carter VI. “Carter VI coming soon, but I got No Ceilings coming first, No Ceilings 3,” he recently said.

On Friday, he dropped a deluxe edition of his album Tha Carter V featuring 10 new tracks including collaborations with Raekwon and 2 Chainz.
