Chet Hanks Shoots His Shot with Lizzo

Lizzo has an admirer in Chet Hanks.

Just days after she drunkenly slid into Chris Evans’ DMs, the 30-year-old son of Tom Hanks decided to take a shot at love with the “Truth Hurts” rapper.

“[Lizzo] if it don’t work out with Captain America, I’m here, baby,” Chet wrote on his Instagram Story on Monday (April 19), adding “WBS BQS,” which stands for “White Boy Summer” and “Big Queen Summer.”

On Saturday, Lizzo admitted to sliding into Evans’ direct messages. “Don’t drink and DM, kids…. for legal porpoises this is a joke,” she said while sharing a screenshot of the message, which included three emojis that insinuated she was “shooting her shot” at a potential relationship with the Avengers star.

The next day, Evans followed her on Instagram and replied to her message. “No shame in a drunk DM,” he wrote, along with a blowing kiss emoji. “God knows I’ve done worse on this app lol.”

Lizzo has not responded to Chet, who recently took a page from Megan Thee Stallion and declared that this year would be a “White Boy Summer.” “I’m not talking about, like, Trump, you know, Nascar-type white. I’m talking about me, Jon B., Jack Harlow-type white-boy summer,” said Chet, who is facing a $1 million civil lawsuit after being accused of physical abuse by his ex-girlfriend.

Meanwhile, Lizzo is baring it all on the ‘Gram. On Tuesday, she shared a naked unedited selfie in order to change the conversation about beauty standards. “Now normally I would fix my belly and smooth my skin but baby I wanted show u how I do it au natural,” said Lizzo.
