Lil Mosey Charged With Rape, Arrest Warrant Issued
Lil Mosey is a wanted man after being accused of rape.
The “Blueberry Faygo” rapper, 19, was charged with second-degree rape weeks ago, according to TMZ. After he failed to appear in court Wednesday (April 21), a warrant has been issued for his arrest in Washington.
A woman says that the incident occurred in January 2020 after she and a friend visited Mosey in a cabin where they were allegedly raped by Mosey and another male. One victim claims that she consented to sexual relations with Mosey in a car, but blacked out after consuming White Claws and champagne in the cabin.
A short while later, Mosey allegedly got on top of her, pushing her legs apart while having sex with her. She recalls having muscle pain in her legs.
The woman blacked out again and found another man forcing himself upon her. She says she suffered injuries including bruises on her arms, neck, and knees, and claims to have received a message from someone at the party saying the men were discussing “training two girls.”
If convicted, Mosey faces a maximum sentence of life in prison.
