Beyoncé, JAY-Z, and Blue Ivy Star in Tiffany & Co.'s 'Date Night' Spot

Beyoncé and JAY-Z put their love on top in their latest ad for Tiffany & Co.’s “About Love” campaign.

In the romantic short film, titled “Date Night,” the glamorous couple cozies up in the backseat of a New York City taxi in a scene inspired by the 1961 film Breakfast at Tiffany’s.

Mrs. Carter picks petals off a yellow daisy and plays a game of “he loves me, he loves me not” before asking her driver to pull over. JAY-Z hops in the car while Bey wraps her arm around her husband’s head and they share a laugh.

“Shall we have pizza?” he asks Bey, who responds, “I think we need pizza.”

After feeding his wife a slice, Bey requests champagne. “Like real champagne?” asks JAY-Z before they clink glasses of Armand de Brignac (JAY-Z sold a 50 percent stake in the champagne brand to LVMH earlier this year).

At one point, Blue Ivy crashes her parents’ “Date Night.” The couple’s 9-year-old daughter chases after the car before squeezing in between her parents and their dog in the backseat. The Carters continue to show their chemistry, holding hands and mouthing the lyrics to Paul Anka’s 1959 song, “Put Your Head on My Shoulder.”

The two-minute clip ends with JAY pulling off a flower petal and telling his wife, “He loves you” before they kiss.

This is the second ad in Tiffany & Co.’s “About Love” campaign, which launched on Sept. 2. In the first film, also inspired by Breakfast at Tiffany’s, Bey reimagined the classic “Moon River” while donning the iconic 128.54-carat Tiffany Diamond.

As part of the partnership, Tiffany has pledged to donate $2 million towards scholarship and internship programs for Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).
