The Weeknd is parting ways with his L.A. penthouse.

After purchasing a $69 million Bel-Air mansion last year, the “Blinding Lights” singer is unloading his Westwood high-rise with an asking price of $22.5 million. He paid $21 million for the Wilshire Corridor digs a little over two years ago.

The 7,950-square-foot pad, dubbed “The Mogul,” occupies the entire 18th floor of the 22-story Beverly West residential tower and features four bedrooms and eight bathrooms, with floor-to-ceiling views of the city, ocean, and Los Angeles Country Club.

The custom Italian kitchen was designed by famed industrial designer Antonio Citterio and includes Miele appliances and stone floors. The luxurious crib comes complete with high-end Italian furniture and hand-knotted rugs. Other features include a wine vault, espresso bar, home gym, and four balconies.

The Weeknd, whose new album Dawn FM releases Friday, owns other property in the Los Angeles area. In August, he purchased a Bel-Air mansion for $69 million in an off-market deal.

Last year, he sold his Hidden Hills home to Madonna for $19.3 million. He bought the 12,500-square-foot mansion in 2017 for $18.2 million.
