Iggy Azalea Selling Hidden Hills Home for $6.2 Million

Iggy Azalea is leaving the ‘burbs behind.

The “Fancy” rapper is parting ways with her Hidden Hills, Calif. home, less than eight months after she bought it. According to Dirt.com, the single-story ranch house has hit the market with an asking price of $6.2 million.

Built in 1963, the 5,200-square-foot property boasts four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms on just over an acre of land. Described as the “perfect house for entertaining,” the open floor plan includes a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel Sub-Zero/Viking appliances, living room with vaulted ceilings, and a spacious four-car garage.

The outdoor grounds offer plenty of entertaining space, including a flagstone patio with fireplace and BBQ area, saltwater pool, sport court, and lemon tree orchard. The detached two-story guest house adds another bedroom and bath, plus a kitchen and a large loft.

Permits have also been obtained to “extend and remodel the front facade of the home and interior entry.”

Iggy bought the house for $5.2 million in June 2021 after moving from Atlanta, where she and her ex Playboi Carti lived. She had been raising their son Onyx in the exclusive gated community, where neighbors include Kanye West, Drake, Lil Wayne, Madonna, and the Kardashians.

Just days after moving into her new home, Iggy complained that one of her neighbors tried to “snitch” on her for doing construction.

Back in July, Iggy announced that she was taking a break from music following the release of her album The End of an Era.
