Da Brat Expecting Baby with Fiancée Jesseca Dupart
Da Brat has a baby on the way.
The “Funkdafied” rapper is expecting her first child with her fiancée, beauty entrepreneur Jesseca Dupart. The couple shared the exciting news with a series of photos featuring Brat with her arms wrapped around Jesseca’s pregnant belly.
“We are EXTENDING the family,” they wrote in the caption.
Back in March 2020, Da Brat confirmed that she was in a relationship with Dupart, who is the CEO of Kaleidoscope Hair Products.
“Never have I EVER. Needless to say… I’ve always been a kind of private person until I met my heart’s match who handles some things differently than I do,” she wrote. “I have never experienced this feeling. It’s so overwhelming that often I find myself in a daze hoping to never get pinched to see if it’s real so I can live in this dream forever.”
The “Dish Nation” radio personality admitted that she stayed closeted for over 25 years because she was afraid of derailing her career. But she says Dupart was the first to make her feel special.
“I had never had so much attention paid to me or felt so much affection from anybody so I felt like it was a great feeling to have, but I wasn’t telling nobody,” Brat told Tamron Hall. “I’m just making myself happy finally and living in my truth.”
This is the second child for Dupart, who also has a son, who graduated from college in December.
