Guns Reportedly Found at A$AP Rocky's Home After Police Search

Guns were reportedly found during a search of A$AP Rocky’s home.

Following the rapper’s arrest last week, cops searched his L.A. property looking for evidence in connection with a 2021 shooting. According to TMZ, multiple guns were reportedly seized during the raid.

Detectives will now run ballistic tests on the weapons to determine if Rocky was the shooter. Background tests will also be performed to establish where the firearms came from, who purchased them, or if they had been reported stolen.

If one of the guns seized at Rocky’s home turns out to be the weapon in question, it would help prosecutors, who have yet to charge Rocky.

As previously reported, the 33-year-old rapper was arrested at a private terminal at LAX as he and Rihanna were arriving back from Barbados last week. He was held on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and released after posting $550,000 bail.

The arrest stems from a non-fatal shooting in Hollywood in November 2021. Rocky and an accomplice reportedly got into an argument that escalated into gunfire. The alleged victim, who was an acquaintance, claimed Rocky fired multiple shots and one of the bullets grazed his left hand.

Rocky was reportedly blindsided by the arrest and his alleged ties to the shooting. Cops did not notify Rocky in advance because they were worried it could jeopardize their investigation, so they coordinated the arrest and the search of his home at the same time.

Just days after Rocky’s arrest, he and a pregnant Rihanna resurfaced for the first time at dinner in Santa Monica. There are also reports that Rihanna was forced to postpone her baby shower amid the allegations.
