For the second time in a row, Foxy Brown has missed a court hearing on charges of harassment, terrorist threats, and verbal abuse, filed by a former colleague. The original date last month was rescheduled to August 23rd after the rapper failed to appear in court. Rasheeda Ellis was previously an employee of Foxy, and claims that after attempting to collect pay from Brown, the rapper turned up at her workplace with two other people and made threats on her mobile phone. According to Foxy’s lawyer, however, the rapper says she has never had a problem with her. Judge Cynthia D. Jackson told Foxy’s lawyer that the rapper was mandated to attend the next session. At the lawyers request, Judge Jackson agreed to a probable cause hearing, which has been set for September 26th.
