All Black Everything

Lupe Fiasco shares his dream on “All Black Everything,” a track off his Lasers album that he calls his “favorite record ever.” On the melodic Buchanans production, the Chicago rapper imagines a world with no exploitation, slavery, and color lines. “You will never know what you could ever be/ If you never try, you will never see/ Stayed in Africa, you ain’t never leave/ So there were no slaves in our history,” raps a prophetic Lupe.
