With his single “Blurred Lines” burning up the charts, Robin Thicke is not wasting any time. The R&B crooner has set a release date for his sixth album, Blurred Lines.
The follow-up to 2011’s Love After War will arrive just in time for summer on July 30, staging-rapup.kinsta.cloud has learned.
The first single featuring Pharrell and T.I. has become the singer’s highest-charting hit in the U.S., thanks in part to the explicit video. The song moves up to No. 6 on the Billboard Hot 100 this week.
It is also the fastest-selling single of the year in the U.K., selling 190,000 copies in its first week on sale.
In addition to “Blurred Lines,” the album features the romantic ballad “For the Rest of My Life” and a collaboration with Kendrick Lamar and 2 Chainz.
