CeeLo Green and Goodie Mob go wild for white women in the video for “Amy,” the second single off their latest album Age Against the Machine. The rap group transforms into puppets, while teaching children a lesson on interracial romance in the comedic clip, produced in conjunction with Funny or Die.
The video also stars “One Tree Hill” actress Shantel VanSanten, who plays Amy, and a Terry Richardson look-alike.
“In this new music video, we, the Goodie Mob, stylized a somewhat serious subject matter with some sense of humor,” said CeeLo. “Simply because at this point, racism, classism, and the ignorance that encourages it is…Laughable.”
Last week, CeeLo announced that he has left “The Voice” after four seasons. He is working on his solo album Girl Power and will join Lionel Richie on the “All the Hits All Night Long Tour” this summer.
